We offer service support tailored to the expectations of customers on the basis of the conditions contained in the warranty card or an individual service contract.

After installing the devices or starting the system at the customer’s site, SOMAR conducts, under the warranty and post-warranty service, inspections and repairs of system components and assemblies as well as devices for monitoring machines and devices from its own sale.

Our staff of engineers and technicians also provide telephone support, helping to solve technical problems.
